Can i buy tickets of ferry from Hong Kong to Shenzhen directly on ticket counter at the time of arrival to HKIA or I will have to buy online?

Yes, it's not necessary for you to book the tickets online. Just purchase them when you landing at HKIA. There are several ferry schedules every day to Shenzhen Shekou Port. The departure times are 09:00, 09:50, 11:00, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30, 20:30, 21:20 and 21:45. And the trip takes around half an hour.
