If you want to apply for a tourist L type, you need to provide passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-sized color photo, round trip air tickets and accommodation arrangement. The Child also needs to provide consent letter from parent who doesn’t travel, and parent’s passport, as well as the child’s birth certificate.
