about postal visa application

Hi, Our Application numbers for Visit Visa Hong Kong issued from Hong Kong Immigration Department are as VOEV-0044395-16 and VOEV-0044396-16. As i had applied directly via air mail from China and sent our application through post to Immigration department hong kong directly. First online application status saying application was in progress and then last Friday (5th August 2016) it was saying application approved and after one day online status saying Application Closed (6th August 2016). Kindly confirm us that have you sent our visa via air mail? As i had applied directly via air mail. If you had already sent us VISA via air mail then please tell us in how much time we will get that. I will be really thankful to you for this.Thank You

You should contact HK Immigration Depart to ask whether they have sent your visa.

Dear I had sent them many emails but they did nit reply yet. So i do not know how to confirm it? Do you have any other idea to confirm that?

Have u received it yet or not. Are they just sending you by ordinary Air Mail or did you send an prepaid Express Envelop (Fedex, UPS). One more thing how did you manage to pay you fee by bank draft or what.

Dear, Yeah, I had got finally that VISA Sticker 3 days before.They had sent me stickers through HONG KONG POST.It took around 7 to 8 days to get that at my given address.For payment of fee, I had made bank drafts of Bank of china, as It was also having their associated branch in Hong Kong.You can make bank draft of any bank that is having also their bank branch in Hong Kong.Hope it will help you.

Hi Mujtaba, have you applied for visa from Pakistan? I also received my VEOV number and waiting for approval. How long does it take for approval?
