As I know, ICBC provides exchange service for Ringgit. You can go to large branches to do the changing. But you need to make a reservation first by dialing 95588. Or, you may also go to the private sector, Easy Exchange, to deal with the changing, but the fee might be costlier. I found a branch at Room 1703 of Tomson Commercial Building. You can go there by taking subway line 2, 4, 6, or 9 to Century Avenue Station.
