Hi, is it true Ghanaian passport holders must pat $500 aside the visa fee?

Liz, I have no idea of that. If you apply for it at the CVASC in South Africa, it costs ZAR 800 which includes visa fee (ZAR 400) and service fee Z (ZAR 400).
