arrival in pek t3 thru air chinadeparture to philippines in t3 thru air china.

Question

I will be leaving Vancouver and will be arriving in Beijing at terminal 3 thru Air China and I will have to depart to Philippines in the same terminal thru Air China. What particular things to remember and posts should I go to catch my next flight after 4.5 hours? We have a 10 and a 3 yr old kids in tow.
