About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Arrival in PEK T3 thru Air China and Departure to Philippines in T3 thru Air China.

I will be leaving Vancouver and will be arriving in Beijing at terminal 3 thru Air China and I will have to depart to Philippines in the same terminal thru Air China.
What particular things to remember and posts should I go to catch my next flight after 4.5 hours? We have a 10 and a 3 yr old kids in tow.

Oh, it's international to international transfer. And your both flights are in Terminal 3. Thus you have enough time to make this connection. In addition, there are many detailed English signs and special passageway for transfer passengers. Don't worry.
By the way, the correct transfer procedures are the following:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
