We fly with Cambodia Angkor Air from Siem Reap to Shanghai ...do we have to make application procedures at the airport in Shanghai ... or in Siem Reap .... how does it works...???

You should inform the carrier when you board the plane in Cambodia and then the carrier will declare your request to the immigration office at Shanghai airport. After you arrive at Shanghai airport, you can go to the transit counter to apply for the free transit.
