Can you please tell me what bus number, schedule, rates, where to reserve to catch bus from Xinzhou, Shanxi to Tailhuai Village, Mt Wutai ?Aug 31, 2016 timeframe I also want to do tours of Namchen, Wushu temples that day/next day from Tailhuai Village hotel.Thanks so much

As I know, there are two direct buses to Mt Wutai at Xinzhou Passenger Transportation Center, departing at 9:00 and 15:00. Aug 31 is Wednesday. There won't be too many visitors. So, you can totally buy the tickets when you reach the bus station.But if you miss the two buses, you are suggested to take a bus from Xinzhou Bus Station to Wutai County first, for there are frequent schedules from 15:00 to 17:00. The bus drive costs CNY21. Upon arrival, charter a taxi to Mt Wutai.But you may need to charter a taxi to visit Nanchan Temple, for there is no direct bus from Taihuai to the temple. The referential price is CNY400 for a round trip.
