About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will be transiting PEK from IAD (UNITED 807) to BKK (THAI 615). What are my directions?

Do I need a Vis for China to transit?
Is 1 hour 25 mins enough time?
Will I need to pickup luggage and recheck it?

May I know if you hold the through ticket? If so, also confirm if the United Airlines have the luggage check through service. If so, your time can be enough for transfer and all procedures can be finished within the transfer area, without need to collect and reclaim your luggage. And no China visa is needed for the transfer.
