About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

T3 to T2 transfer- visa requirement

HI, I arrive with Asiana Airlines from Korea to Beijing T3 and need to Transfer to T2 to take Azerbaijan Airlines flight to Baku (GYD). There is a 6 hours layover.

Will I be able to apply for 72 hour free transfer? or do I even need a transit G type to move from T3 to T2 and vice-versa?

Orkhan, you cannot enjoy the 72 hour free transit because of your nationality, but you qualify for the 24 hour direct transit there. In this case, you don’t need a transit G type for the transfer.

Yes, you can T3 to T2 and return.
