is it mandatory that all entries must be typed on china visa application??

Can't I just hand write the information onto the application form?  Or MUST I type everything in?  I don't have a typewriter.  Does anyone know where I can get the PDF application form in a format where I can enter the information onto it online?   (The PDF on the China Embassy/Consulate websites are all PDF files that do not allow information to be entered in.

On top of the application form, it is saying that please type the answer in capital English letters. So I’m afraid you need to type the answer on it. You can fill out the application online and then print it out at a print shop. You can get the PDF application form at this website and then you can download it first to fill it out.
