About:Chinese Embassy in Egypt

i need help to move in PRC and settle down in Wuhu before 1st septemper

I'm going to Anhui Normal university this month (August, 2016) to begin my PhD study with my family (husband and 2 children)

Alyaa, if you will study for more than 180 days, you need to apply for the student X1 visa for yourself and S1 type for your family.
You should first prepare the required documents:
For X1 type: your passport and its copy, application form, a passport-style photo, the admission letter from the school and JW form
For S1 type: passport and its copy, application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your school, copy of your admission letter and your relationship certificates
And then submit the applications to the embassy of PRC to apply for the X type and s1 type.
After get the X1 type and S1 type, you can enter PRC and apply for the residence permit within 30 days after entry.

Thank you, I'm going through these procedures but, I need someone from inside China to guide me, pick up me from airport or show me the way to Anhui Normal University. Also, I need to know if the University will provide me and my family with a place to stay or only for me, I have sent them many e-mails with no reply. If not, I nee a help to rent an aprtment in Wuhu near the university. Thanks for your help.
