HKSAR Passport Renewal in Sydney

Hello there, my current passport is going to expire in May 2017. May I please confirm if I can replace my HKSAR Passport in Sydney in the Chinese Consulate (Level 5, 299 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000)? Just confirming I needed to bring my current passport, HK identity card and 3 passport photos with white background? May I also know the associated cost?

Hin, you can renew your HK passport at the consulate general of PRC in Sydney. Address: 39 Dunblane Street, Camperdown, NSW 2050.
The above-mentioned documents may be enough, but the consular may also require you to provide other required materials.
It may cost AUD 50, but the final payment is subject the actual payment given by the embassy.
