Is there a train or bus from Taihuai Town, Wutaishan to Heng'an New Area, Datong, China ?

There is no direct public transport. You are advised to take a bus to Datong from Wutaishan Bus Station at Taihuai Town. The buses depart at 7:30, 8:30, 13:00, and 14:00, and the fare is CNY 75. Upon arrival, take a taxi to Heng'an New Area for about CNY 20-30. :)
