Cruise calling in at Shanghai

We will be on a cruise starting in Tokyo which calls in at Shanghai for 11 hours, then leaves for Okinawa and Taiwan before finally going on to Hong King where we fly home to the UK. Will we need a visa for Shanghai? Tina

Tina, you need to apply for a tourist L type for Shanghai and you should apply for it beforehand.
