About:Visa Policy of China

Chinese Visa not necessary? ?

I would fly from the US to PVG and then to SXZ and would leave china by subway or by ferry on the same day!
Would it fit for Transit without entry permit within the 24 Hour period? And how i could proof this to airline staff?

If so, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in PRC and then no entry permit is needed.
You can provide your passport, the air ticket and valid entry permit for a third country to the airline staff.

Can you make sure that your layover time in PRC is less than 24 hours? If yes, you can get the 24 hour direct transit by showing your air ticket to Shenzhen. If you are asked, you can explain the situation to the consular officers.
