I'm a college student and Im planning to transfer school in the capital.

The university that im planning to transfer to is the main university. The school that I'm attending right now is just their branch. However, I will be an irregular student if I transferred there but thats fine with me. I also don't have nice acquaintances with my "friends" in there, that's why I also wanted to break free from them without hurting them. My birthday is on july 8 1998, do you think that it really is good for me to transfer school? Or should I just remain here until I graduate? Which is the best option for me? Thanks! Coz Im really having a hard time choosing.
