i want to apply x1 student visa. what are the requirments for applying.i am from pakistan

You need to provide those documents to apply for it: a filled-out application form with a half-length color photo attached, your passport and its photocopy, the admission letter from the school, JW form, previous education certificate, and physical examination report.
You should first go to KRL Hospital, Chinese Acupuncture Centre, or G.C.C.Diagnostic Centre to do the medical examination, and then you can get the alien physical examination record.
