About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

I have an entry permit in which remarks are written as "permitted to stay for 15 days "

and I am also having a residence permit. Can i go back to china on this visa or do i need to apply for other one?

Dhara, if the residence permit is still valid, you can go back to PRC on it.
