can't understand much the remarks written in my visa page

Question

hi . i have this M type and it says at the remarks that i am permitted to stay until 28 April 2014 for this time, AND TO STAY FOR 30DAYS EACH TIME SINCE THE NEXT ENTRY. what exactly does it mean by the last phrase. do i need to exit before 28 April or?

Does it you get after an extension? if yes, I think you can stay until 28 April 2014 if you do not want to leave. Once you exit and reenter mainland, you should exit every 30 days.
