I am Hong Kong SAR passport holder, currently living in Manchester. My passport expired 3 years ago. Can I renewal it at Manchester Chinese Consulate office? What are the procedure, processing time and fees?Thanks.

Mabs, you can renew it at the consulate general of PRC in Manchester. You should first prepare those documents include your passport and its copy, the application form, passport-style photo, your residence permit in UK, and other documents required by the consular officers. Next, submit the application to the consulate to renew it. It usually takes 30 working days and costs 20 pounds.
