Tourist ticket for transfer

Is there a tourist ticket for the transfer (metro, train, bus...)? Can we buy this ticket directly at the stations?

Yes, the public transportation in Shanghai is very modern and it is easy for you to buy a ticket on the spot at the subway station, the train station or bus station by yourself. There is also staff there and you may ask them for help if needed.
