About:Beijing Capital International Airport

We are from Ukraine, and flying back to Ukraine from Singapore with connection in PEK.

And need to go from T3 to T2. The layover between flights is 3h 30m. We're not going to leave airport.

Do we need a Chinese visa to do our connection?

No, it's not necessary for you to apply for a visa. But if you wanna leave the transit area, you need to apply for a Stay Permit at the airport. :)
