About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will be coming to Shanghai on Oct, and going to Huangshan on 26 Oct,

then back to Shanghai and leave on Fri 28 Oct.
Can I use 144hr Visa?

Peter, if you will travel like that, you are not eligible for the 144 hour free transit. Because when you use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai, you are only allowed to travel around Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, but Huangshan is in Anhui Province.
