Banking services in Beijing Nanyuan Airport? Is there a currency exchange desk?

There is an ATM machine of the Construction Bank of China on 1F, East Jingbei Road, South 4th Ring. But no currency exchange desk can be found there. You are advised to convert the currency at Bank of China in the downtown area. :)
