IF applying for student X-visa do we need medical certificate ?

Chumun, when you apply for the X type, the medical certificate may not be needed.

Which class you are going for in category of X , In X2 type you dont need any medical/Physical examination certificate, just get your previous educational documents attested, financial support, an Invitation letter from the University (you are applying for) and form JW202/201 (It will be sent to you by the Univeristy with Invitation Letter). X2 is for less than 180 days X1 is for more than 180 day, and for X1 I think medical/Physical examination certificate is required!
