I´m from Argentina. I´m planning to visit Beijing for 3 days and then, to visit Hong Kong for 2 days. Do I need entry permit for both or I only need to go with my passport. Thank you!

Santiago, yes, the 72 hour free transit is only carried out in some cities in China. The 72 hours usually start from 00:00 the day following your entry, so your actual stay in PRC will be more than 72 hours. In this case, you can still enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Beijing. No visa is needed.
