Overstaying in china 145 days

This is vandra malleshwar rao from india i am ready to pay penality 10000rmb if i pay the penality of overstay how many days put in to jail or without punishment they release . How many days processing time plz tell me the reply

Vandra, usually, one may be detained for less than 15 days if he/she overstays.
After you pay the fine, you will be able to apply for an exit pass to leave PRC and it can be done within one day.
