What are the max box dimensions for a 20kg surface package from Shanghai to Sydney (about 380 rmb)?

I am moving from Shanghai to Sydney and plan to send some things by China Post surface mail.

1. What is the maximum length of a 20 kg box sent to Sydney? Are there other limits?

2. Is there any way to send a bike? It weighs less than 20kg.

I heard it should not exceed 1.5m long and the total length of its width and height should be less than 750cm. The fare for a 20kg parcel is around CNY380 via surface mail.
You should be required to tear the bike into several components to get packaged.
