Hello i am going to your country to study i want to buy contract cell phone for example samsung galaxy s 7 ? How can i buy cheaper contract phone

You should make it clear which carrier you will use first. China Mobile, Unicom or Telecom? Then it is highly recommended to walk into the service office of one of them to buy the contract mobile at a reasonable price.
