About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from Tokyo to Shanghai and staying 8th to 12th Sept. Then onto Manila in Philippines

Can i use 144 hiur visa-free for China stay ?

B, if you hold Japan passport, you can use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.
But if you hold Philippines passport, you need to apply for a tourist L type or transit G type for your stay in Shanghai.
