About:China Family Reunion Visa

Length of Time to Process Temporary Residence Permit

If I enter China on a Q1 visa for the single entry 30 days - then begin the application process for Temporary Residence Permit. What if the application process takes longer than the 30 days ? I will be okay to stay in PRC while I wait the result of my application ?

It will be processed within 15 working days since you submit the application. You should stay in PRC when you wait for the result.
