How long normally it would take to clear the custom at the Shenzhen Luohu Port?

I am leaving Hong Kong on a Saturday to catch a flight in Baoan International Airport via the Luohu port. In order not to miss my fright, i need to know how long it would take to clear the custom and cross the border?
