About:How to Buy Tickets

60 day period vs. not released

Good afternoon,
I'm trying to find a high-speed (G-)train from Beijing to Dezhou East on the 11th of September. Despite the fact that it is within the 60 day period, the tickets show 'not released'. Am I doing anything wrong?

Curiously waiting for your answer.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Normally the sell date begin 60 days in advance, however, the railway authority is adjusting rail schedule recently which influenced the Beijing-Dezhou trip. Although within 60 days, these rides are still inpending status and haven't begin for sale. You may need to wait for some days until being released.
