Flying Shanghai - Philippines - Shanghai - Denmark

Hi,

I currently have a 1-entry business visa for China. I'm currently located in Shanghai, whereas my visa will be annulled as soon as I leave the country. I will depart for vacation to the Philippines for a week and then return to Shanghai where my connecting flight to Denmark will depart on the following day. Am I eligible for the 72 hour free transit? I hold a Danish passport.
