Collecting tickets at Shanghai Hongqiao Station

Hello!
May I know where to specifically collect them at Shanghai Hongqiao Station? (such as on the 1st floor, etc?)
I purchased 2 online: Shanghai --> Huangshan North and Huangshan --> Shanghai (where the former is a bullet type and the latter is a regular type) - is it possible to obtain them both at Hongqiao Station?
