Do you accept credit card from Malaysia?

How soon can I start to book the ticket (China railway ), 60 days in advance only?

They do not accept credit card but I paid by credit card through PayPal. You can try that. The ticket only begin for sale 60 days within your departure date but you can submit the booking earlier than that on this website if you like. The ticket will be confirmed after sale date.
