Visa Application Nigeria

I am from Enugu. Can I go for visa appointment in Abuja. Is Foreign Physical Examination Form needed for X1 visa

As you live within the consular district of the consulate in Lagos, you should go there to submit the application and book for an interview appointment. Generally speaking, Foreign Physical Examination Form is not needed. It should be obtained after you enter China at a designated hotel or healthcare center.
