About:Guangzhou Transportation

Hi, what is the best transportation to get to Guangzhou Hotel from Baiyun Airport?

Will be reaching the airport at 3 am. Will it be possible to get a private taxi to get to the hotel or is it better to wait for the airport shuttle bus to start the daily service? There are five of us. If shuttle bus, how do we go.about it? Thanks.

Hello, Yen. I remember the last bus of shuttle line 5 leaves upon the arrival of the last flight. You may check it after landing. If it works, take it to Haizhu Plaza and then your hotel is within 500yd away. Or you can also directly take a taxi to the hotel. Taxi service is available around the clock. Don't worry! Generally, a taxi can hold at most 4 adult passengers. You can consider taking two or negotiate with the driver to hold you all in one car. The fare is around CNY120 for your reference.

Thanks a lot for the prompt reply. One more question..is it safe to travel at 3 am to go to the hotel or will it be better to wait till daybreak? I have a ten year old boy travelling with me.

It is safe to travel in the early morning. The taxis are safe and sound. Don't worry! Take care of the boy, and have a nice trip!
