Permanent residency

Hi, I am a Chinese female citizen. My daughter is foreign citizen. She is under 16.
Can she apply for permanent residency to live with me in China?

If she has lived in PRC for 5 years in a row and the annual stay is no shorter than 9 months, she can apply for permanent residency to live with you in PRC.
