About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, I'm Indonesian and applied Chinese Visa twice for my previous visits.

I need to visit Shanghai on Aug 1st, 2016 but I'm traveling to Korea this week.

Can I apply VOA in Shanghai? What do I need to tell Airline when I checkin if I can apply a VOA.
Please respond

Thank you

Gatot, if you can get an invitation letter from a company in Shanghai to prove you are in an emergency, you can apply for the VOA. Otherwise, I'm afraid you need to get an entry permit in advance. You can apply for it from Korea.
