About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Visit to Peru embassy, china

Dear, I am Pakistani citizen working in ministry of health, Maldives. I have to go to Peru embassy & sign some documents. Here in Maldives no Peru embassy, therefore i have to go to Peru embassy, china. I took appointment Peru embassy china to appear & sign. In Maldives, i applied for visit visa in china embassy for 2 day to go to Peru embassy, china.I showed email of Peru embassy china but they refused to give me visa , replied take visa from Pakistan. I showed my resident card of Maldives but sorry visa not issued & my whole appointment waste.Is it necessary for resident to take visa for home land country or can take visa of resident country???

Based on what I know, you can sometimes apply for it in a third country if you have residence permit there, but it may be different in some cases. If you are required to apply for it in your home country, I’m afraid you’d better go back to your home country to apply for it.
