About:China Transit Visa

I am an Indian passport holder.I am travelling to India via Shanghai from New Zealand.

Hi, I have 13 hours stay in Shaghai, as per my understanding I do not need Transit G type if my stay is limited to 24 hours only but do I need to apply for a special visa or pass to visit few places in Shanghai within that 13 hours stay?

Singh, yes, you are right! You can just apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport and it is free of charge, and then you can leave the airport to visit the city.
