About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I've been asked to teach 4 classes at a university (one class per week for 4 weeks).

They aren't paying me to teach, just paying my living expenses and travel. Can I go in under tourist L visa or do I need F visa? Not sure what this counts as. I'm just there to visit and exchange ideas.

Dwight, you’d better apply for an F type to go there and teach the classes for 4 weeks.
