About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Arriving CX 0332 at 3:15 PM @ Capital Airport - T3. Connecting flight is CA 1593 to YNT-T3

Should I pass through Immigration and proceed to Air China Checkin counters or Will it be an International to International transfer ?

It is an International to Domestic transfer within T3. You need to go through immigration and check in again. :)
