About:China Visa Fees

Over staying in china 135 days but i have no money

I am indian overstated in China 135days i have no money if i surrender to Indian embasy what punishment they give

Vandra, actually, you should report your situation to the local police as soon as possible and then you need to pay the fine CNY 500 per day, but the capped amount won’t be more than CNY 10,000.
You can ask for help from Indian embassy if you don’t have money.
