I have a working contract for 3 years, but only a one year visa which is now expired for 4 days.

(My HR just forgot to extend it...) Will there be any issues or will it be possible just to pay the fines, leave the country and organise a new Z type from my home country (Switzerland)? I have to leave the country because of private reasons as soon as possible.
