About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am flying in on United First Class from USA and arrive at Pudong Airport first.

Then transferring to Juneyao Airlines to Dalian in a 4 hour window.
Is there a special immigration transfer line or do I pass through regular immigration hall and then where do I go?

First of all, 4 hours are enough for you to make this connection.
Since you are International to Domestic transfer, the corect transfer procedures are the following:
International Arrival Access - Boaring Pass & Quarantine & Immigration - International Luggage Claim - Arrival Hall - Go to 3F for boarding.
As I know, there is special transfer passageway at PVG. And there are also many clear English signs that can help you find the right direction. Good luck!
