visa to china for lebanese passport holder

hello,

I have a lebanese passport and i want to attend the jewellery exhibition in Hong kong on the 13th of September. What is the delay time to have the visa ? and if i apply it from Lebanon can i withdraw the visa from another country ? be cause i will probably be in Bangkok or Dubai by september.

Alex, actually, if you apply for HK visa from the embassy of PRC in Lebanon, it may takes 4 working days, but if your application is transferred to HK immigration department to apply for it, 4 to 6 weeks are needed.
You are advised to apply for it in advance in case that 4 to 6 weeks are needed.
I’m afraid you cannot pick the visa up in another country if you apply for it in Lebanon.
