Hong Kong Transit visa for Sri Lankans?

I have a Sri Lankan passport and travelling to Canada via Hong-Kong with Cathay Pacific. Do I need a transit permit to stay in the airport?

Yes, you need to get a transit entry permit before hand to stay in the airport.
